A career treating serious trauma — adolescents, adults, and families — convinced Sarah that clients deserve better than open-ended, unmeasured therapy. They deserve defined protocols, current research, and proof of progress.
Most therapy asks you to trust that it's working. Sarah's objection isn't to the care in that model; it's to the absence of evidence. If a course of treatment has a beginning and a method, it should also have a measurement — a baseline taken on day one, re-taken at each phase, and looked at together. That is the practice she is building.
Unlike most therapists, she'll push — supportively — to get you comfortable with being uncomfortable, so you come out the other side thriving more than you thought possible. Healing with intention.
Trauma-informed care is the foundation — EMDR for trauma and PTSD, and structured intensives for people who want a defined program rather than open-ended weekly sessions. Alongside that sits the executive side of the practice: executive performance psychology for high performers whose stress has stopped being productive, burnout recovery, and executive couples therapy for partners navigating high-conflict systems and demanding careers at the same time.

"I'm deeply family-oriented, and I value connection, authenticity, and presence in both my personal life and my work. I have a strong love for the outdoors and often bring nature into my practice through walk-and-talk sessions or movement-based work. Being outside is one of the ways I stay grounded, and I enjoy helping clients tap into that same sense of balance and regulation.
I have a deep love for animals, a passion for travel, and a strong commitment to growth and discovery — both for myself and for the people I work with. I grew up in New Mexico and Colorado, which shaped my appreciation for nature, resilience, and community.
I entered this field with a genuine desire to do meaningful work and contribute something positive to the world. My path is rooted in the belief that healing is possible — and that with the right support, people can create real, lasting change, just as I've experienced through the support of others in my own life."
Body-based practice runs beside the therapy at PostScript — woven through the psilocybin Transformation package, and available as an add-on elsewhere.
Somatic Wellness Practitioner
Jenny's healing journey began in 2012, when she moved from Denver to Maui and immersed herself in yoga, meditation, massage, and holistic healing. She became a licensed massage therapist in 2013 and later completed 300-hour yoga teacher training, along with extensive Vipassana meditation retreats.
After a decade working at a luxury retreat center in Maui, Jenny returned to Colorado in 2019. Today she teaches yoga, practices massage therapy, and integrates somatic techniques into her work. She's passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and find relief from stress and overwhelm.
Jenny believes deeply in the transformative power of somatic practice, and she's excited to help others explore a deeper connection with themselves and their bodies.
